So I read in the New York Post, that a real life version of the war of the roses is ocurring in Brooklyn New York.
The former couple went as far as to get court order to install a wall put down the middle of the house they share to separate the two.
Is this a good idea? I must assuredly say no. I always tell people who come to my San Jose Office, asking about who gets the marital home. I tell them technically they are allowed to both share residence during the pendency of the divorce, however is that ever a good idea? Absolutely not!
