Can Divorce Lead to Asthma in your Kids?

In an interesting Reuters news article, a study published in the journal Psychosomatic Medicine suggests that children who suffer stressful adversities such divorce and who are anxious or depressed are at an increased risk for developing asthma as adults. According to Dr. Kate M. Scott and colleagues, such childhood adversities include physical abuse, sexual abuse, parent divorce or loss, parental criminal behavior, and family violence.
